Ombú is a magnificent 1,200m² historic house nestled in one of the most unique districts of Buenos Aires. This heritage property needed a comprehensive renovation due to the poor condition left by its previous owner. Our team was entrusted with the rewarding task of restoring the house while preserving its historical essence.

We meticulously restored the original stairs, windows, doors, and frames, bringing back their former glory. The fireplace was reconstructed with careful attention to detail, ensuring it echoed its historic charm. We also replaced and restored select flooring, making sure every aspect reflected the building’s rich history. The main staircase was completely redone, and we designed a new main bathroom and wardrobe, seamlessly integrating modern amenities with the house’s timeless character.

This renovation was a harmonious blend of modern functionality and historical preservation, breathing new life into this extraordinary home. Seeing Ombú rejuvenated and preserving its unique charm was an incredibly fulfilling experience for our team.
