OTIUM STUDIO

The N5 project was an exciting challenge to consolidate our client's operations, previously divided in two locations: between Palermo and Olivos. They chose a 250m² space in Palermo Viejo to unite their team under one roof. Transforming this space was a joy.

Our mission was to:
. Create 30 workstations
. Reflect the company's branding
. Design versatile spaces

We believe every office should have a unique identity. To achieve this, we used blue micro-perforated sheets, highlighting the company’s colours and graphic elements. This seamlessly integrated their branding into the space, ensuring every corner reflected their identity.

One of the most rewarding aspects was dematerialising limits. By integrating a triangular plot with the bold blue of the micro-perforated sheet, we created a more open and permeable space. The result is a vibrant, unified workspace that truly reflects the company's essence and fosters team cohesion.

Seeing the company's brand come to life in the space was incredibly fulfilling, making this project truly special.
